Is it possible to spawn in an SV for a player for a mission reward through the PDA questing system? I am new to the PDA and just getting started on my adventure in it now that I have gotten through sectors and playfield yamls

Forgive me if you already had this idea, but instead of a specific SV (since it's not possible), why not just reward the player with all materials required by the factory to build that specific SV and refer the player to its blueprint ?
