Summary: The Procyon Lab POI is powered down when encountered.

Description: While exploring an Alien planet I spotted a colonist POI called Procyon Lab on the scanner, so I went to take a look. When I got there, the POI was completely powered down. It seems pretty obvious this one is not supposed to be off like this since it has "live" people manning it.

Steps to Reproduce: Go to a planet where one of these POIs have spawned and note that it's powered down.

You can also spawn a copy of BA_ColProcyonLab in creative, and even though the P menu says the power is on, nothing inside is running at all.

I am the creator of this POI. I just loaded it up in creative. It was saved with power on. Looks like whoever coded this into the game messed up in the yamls and overlooked something. It is suppose to have initial power set to true. It has both solar power and a gen. #EleonPleaseFix

Either way here is a .ebp for it just in case Devs want it again.

Looking at the blueprint in creative I believe the issue is the generator within the build is not turned on. So whilst the power might be on in the main control panel, the generator itself is not and therefore there is no power.

Yeah updated .ebp attached above addresses that. Still not sure why solar wouldn't bypass that issue. Let alone proper yaml coding.

It's nothing to do with proper yaml coding as I understand it. Seems that to have power you need generators that are switched on that's all :)

Worth noting that it did power up when I reloaded my game in Creative mode and waited a bit.

The Alien planet I found the one in-game on doesn't get enough sunlight to do that though.
