Hello mates! Is it possible to make base Defence scenario with standart "survive" beginning, and after player builds a base - attack waves should start? or is there any way to harden vanilla base attacks? Because vanilla base attack are unchallenging
Go into the factionwarfare config and reduce the number of points needed for each troop type and/or increase the alotment of points per wave. You'll get an army on your doorstep if you go too far though.
Can you please specify what should I change? Not familiar at all with configs=( found this file FactionWarfare.ecf
I haven't touched the factionwarfare configs myself. They used to be a real mess. Right near the top should be the base attack price settings Code: Element Name: FactionSettings Faction: Zirax ScenarioGroup: Zirax Lvl1MinPrice:25 Lvl1MaxPrice:40 Lvl5MinPrice:110 Lvl5MaxPrice:130 Lvl10MinPrice:200 Lvl10MaxPrice:232 Those are just for zirax ones, but there are others for the other factions. Increase the min and max price for each level and that'll give your base attackers more points that are spent on troops, levels and drones... I think.
Didn't work for me. I've changed all MinPrice and MaxPrice x3 Maybe new game is needed for changes to take effect? Btw, what does this "Lvl1-10" stand for?
I assume that is the local drone base level rating. You can test the attack levels with something like: ba w Zirax 100 To give you a price=100 attack... etc.
Maybe tweak this for reforgged? 30-50 start, 150-250 @ 5, 300-1000 @ 10? Im not sure what the 'ba s 3' is equivalent to - you need a good defence for it. (Assuming levels are still a thing - aint seen anything past level 2 base in a12 exp).
