    This is a civilian POI made by me that can be found in-game. Changed the alien core to player core and removed the NPC aliens and traders so it's spawnable in SP and MP.

    Note, no other alterations have been made. So in order for it to be fully functional base you might want to add Medic Station, Armor Locker, Growing Plots etc.

    Here's a player space station I recently finished. I spent a lot of time trying to make it seem "authentic". Check it out in game and try docking a CV to it and explore. It's not huge, but it has everything you need to live comfortably in space.

    My Survival-Outpost is now "finished".
    (I've made updates every Moon/Planet I was on, only sometimes finishing some started work in Creative Mode.)

    Now I've redone the signal/switch logic, added a few more LCDs and finished some interiors.
    It still looks modular and "grown" (and it was) - and I like it!

    Sadly I got at Class 6 already (Even removing all turrets and furnaces (good for less costs ;-) still didn't get me to Class 5 again... so... la vi...)

    This smallish Hangar was first, the bigger ones got in very late...

    That's it for the Moment. I think this Outpost is big enough. I'm already working on a Headquarter Base in Creative right now (you've seen some Pics in the "What did you do?"-Thread), already at Class 9 and I'm sure, it's not the End... :eek:

    This has a rather "Oriental" feel to it. Absolutely love the colors. They are emotionally disturbing, yet soothing, and... mysterious and foreign. Unsettling seems about right. I'd no doubt hang out there if I was in the neighborhood.

    seems like there's a lot of lights on that building, how's your FPS? I can't imaging how everyone's FPS would perform with a large amount of lights there are on a building/vehicle the game's performance with lights isn't exactly the best atm.

    I have built ... a box. A big, buried, concrete box.
    Which is marginally less boring than it sounds, or at least I hope you'd find it so.

    Once out of the newbie planet, I found myself harassed at every corner.
    So here's a buried base, with an enclosed room for O2 and water generators. But it's made so I can build a "fake" base on top. (The decoy part would be for when I go find myself a PvP server, for now it's an excuse to build a house exclusively for RP on top while the useful stuff is in the basement)

    Made out of concrete, and as cheap as possible. It's totally unfurnished to keep the level and metal requirements to a minimum, tier3 (could be tier0 on a planet with breathable atmosphere I guess). 2166 Rock Dust, 55 Copper Ingots, 52 Cobalt Ingots, 52 Iron Ingots, 36 Silicon ingots.
    (I had way too many rock dust just sitting there doing nothing after digging out every deposit I could find)

    It's supposed to be build on the shores of a lake, so you can put O2 and water generators in the room underside the landing pad.

    The only part I spruced up a bit is the "reactor room" with the core and generator, since I think everyone would like to personalize it as they see fit.
    Or would it be better if I decorated a bit more? (not really sure on that, on one hand I personally like to decorate my stuff by myself, on the other I can get that people might want a nicer looking thing out of the box)

    Anyone remember this?
    -Surprisingly, very little was needed to bring Angelspire into the current build. Some slight adjustments were made with the "new" (as of 5.x) block shapes to make sure oxygen flow worked. I also tweaked the garage archway to give a little more room, though it's still only suitable for tiny HVs. A repair station and armor locker were added, and I've finally replaced all the railings with sleek glass versions, since the last time I touched this, half the shapes were missing.

    Getting some good use out of the new emissive texture as well. Enjoy!
