That's how it begann..... http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=533534004 City of AKUA look down for video
Massively Awesome! I would nominate some of the cities to be included in future worlds if possible. The vehicles too but maybe not in fully operational condition so the player would have to do a bit of repair before using. Superb work, keep it up.
Lealu, thank you very much! This city is on a one Base Starter Block, i can't seperate any buildings. It's so big that i can't even make a blueprint of it! But your idea is great! Thx; Elfnessa
Arturius, TAKING OVER YOUR BASE moving in, hope u don`t mind, started doing a ds9 and said darn look at this pic of this base, its what I was going to make, so saving me lots of time, for the middle section, as its a big base, will modified it but won`t break much of it, will keep the style, if it turns out nice I might ask for permission to released it .
Hi everyone, working on a small infested Outpost. I thought of it as being occupied by aliens who took it from former researchers. It is has taken a beating from conditions on the planet(s) and aliens converted some parts of it for suitable housing. I need to make some minor adjustments but I'll be uploading the .zip file soon. here are some pics. The Outpost is guarded by sentry guns and Ion Cannons. Inside there are 5 sentrys and 2 on the landing area. Also there is some loot to be obtained: 6 Alien containers and 3 Cargo containers. .Zip file.
how much thrusters would u need to push your base arturius, I got 6 big ones, here is the bridge, testing it as a cv, nvm prob need a lot, will have to test it.
Here is an update on my mountain hideaway as I think I'm finally done digging tunnels and such (I hope). Front View: Outside garden, generators, with turrets above the landing pad and a couple of HV Blockhouses above them. There is a tunnel behind the HV Blockhouses going all the way back to the elevator shaft inside. Landing Pad (before turrets): The color stripes are used to position a landing SV as it backs into the hangar area. Makes it easy to line up and the color block at the end is just visible from the cockpit when your in the right spot. Had to do something different as I can't use the 3rd person view with the mountain in the way. Parking Area: Plenty of room but I don't know what else I need vehicle wise right now. Work Area and planters: I'm liking the natural blasted walls and ceiling, makes for some interesting lighting options. The core is behind the row of storage boxes in the back under another row of storage boxes, not an easy target to find or hit. Back Hall: The elevator is about 80m from the front edge of the landing pad. To the side you can see the newest tunnel to the other side of the mountain and my new back door 185m behind the elevator shaft. Top Tower: The roof is 36 elevator sections from the main base floor, think that is about 70m or so straight down. Back Door: This is my new back door and small landing pad. You can see the Top Tower behind it. Putting in the back door was a blast, really it was. I used a rocket launcher as a tunneling machine, so much faster than drilling by hand and was a lot easier to keep a straight line while tunneling. But now I have to go dig another hole and find some more magnesium as I ran out making ammo for the launcher. It was worth it, LOL. I think I took my comment about being a mole a bit too seriously, but I am dug in and waiting for drones that never seem to come visit. I think they see the base and run for the other side of the planet <snicker snicker>. Not a project I would want to do again but it was fun figuring it all out and blowing the heck out of stuff.
Hey guys, currently working on a "walker" type base. Still alot of stuff to do. but here is a little teaser.
oh, that's nice, sort of a flying base here is my days work, did more on the outside, but will show u later here is the captain quarters, all furnish bedroom lounge kitchen, batroom, nothing to fancy, with the room I had its ok
My updated space elevator base See the full post with more spoiler images here: http://empyriononline.com/threads/s...-win-a-copy-of-empyrion.941/page-4#post-23331 The blueprints are attached. To place the base at the proper depth in a survival game use the technique described here: http://empyriononline.com/threads/guide-how-to-move-your-stuff-from-an-older-savegame-to-a-new-one.2453/ Place it in the middle of a lake. You will want to place the starter block for the place holder at the right depth, I use an HV vehicle starter block with hull blocks on top of it to measure. depth should be 12.5 blocks.
nice, that got like a futuristic look to it, I will post my pics of the star base, its not all mine , Arturius made the first part, was so nice I had t ocontinue from it, as I was going t omake the middle part similar to his. but its getting very big, will have pics later on hey I didn`t know there was a space station contest
Not an expert but my best guess is it's too high for the game where you're trying to place it, as it goes all the way to the height limit the way I built it, maybe try a slightly deeper location.
