Summary: Black holes stop the galaxy background from rendering.

Description: If a black hole model is rendered, the galaxy's dynamic background does not appear.
This means that other stars and nebulae will not show up. Space will appear completely black.

    Steps to Reproduce
    :
    1) Start a new survival game.
    2) Warp to or use the sector command to travel to a BH system.
    3) Space will appear black. The stars and nebulae in the background will not render.
    4) Warp or teleport to a sector within the BH system far enough away for the black hole model to no longer render and the galaxy background will show up again.

It kind of kills immersion in black hole systems. Would be neat as an optional playfield setting though.
