Nope. The one you highlighted does not have one side completely flat, it's basically a block with four main side types (high triangle, low triangle, high slope, full block), but he's looking for a block which completely lacks one side, basicaly a transition from high triangle to low triangle (both triangles pointing in the same direction with square for one side and nothing for another. Alas, this block is not in a game, iirc I even requested it in a different topic.
Look closely at the shapes in the screenshot you posted. There is no block that would fit the shape he posted: Shape he needs: The closest shapes available: Not even the 5th and 6th shape in the row fits as both are basicaly large triangle sides, with 1/8 of block triangle in front.
