1. The CV, SV, and HV refueling block would be wonderful 2. Oxygen Farming block Plant based like algae or leaves which can keep oxygen from running out as quickly and you would need an X amount to be self sustaining 3. A device block that can beam power to another base building that is in logistics range could graphically show a cable or look like some kind of tesla microwave antenna 4. Flying Drone Spawners, Droid Spawners 5. Remote control device block that can let players pilot vehicles remotely up to a certain distance like logistics 6. Animal farm clone device a base block that spawns an X amount of Certain types of animals depending on what you place in it for example meat can clone some kind of animal for meat production alien fangs can clone some kind of predatory animal eggs can give you another type and xeno material can produce something else this would make stuff pretty amusing in bases 7. Vehicle Teleportation Gates could be a space based device that teleports vehicles to other gates without needing the warp drive 8. I know many have mentioned this but geothermal energy device block perhaps having the ability to harvest natural gas as fuel 9. Device block that allows trading in multiplayer or NPC for trading CVs, SVs, BA selling buying which when buying you get it finished inside your bp and selling it your ship vanishes or flies off as an NPC controlled vehicle
Old /ancient looking wood loot boxes, to put in old temples as to not brake immersion. Effectively would be the same as normal, rare, very rare, ultra rare, just looking like a wood box.
It would be good to have a device that is a 'Container Hub'. i.e. a device that can access the contents of 1 or more containers/cargo boxes. It can be placed anywhere within a construct. Similar item available in the game Dual Universe.
Gunrack-type storage boxes. Lots of slots but low maximum weight, to encourage placing lots of guns but little else. Ammo ideally would be stored in another box. Would be especially useful for POI raids where you end up looting 30 guns which just clog up all the slots of your storage boxes.
Npc that sell information or radar that let you know the level/danger of a area before going (like Sun type K naame :Brims danger level 6 legacy 5 Dreadnough 4 Armed bandit fleet etc)
It's been a while since I posted any wishes, but I've got a few - some new, some old: 1: power supply device; a base block that will power a cv/sv/hv that is parked on top of it. Instead of the vehicle's generators supplying power, this block will supply it instead. Requires that the vehicles' generators are turned off. Limit the amount that can be supplied. Power is taken from the base's generators. Use case: keeping a fleet of vehicles powered on enough to run fridges, and keep them pressurized. 2: a container linkage device; using wireless transmission, can link up to X containers together, and presents itself as a "container" with the combined volume and contents of the linked containers. (I guess like a container hub in dual universe). Use case: I often have multiple container controllers that all contain the same thing, it'd help organise things. 3: container logistics device; think minecraft hoppers, or whatever dual universe called them; allow for a type of block/item (drop it in, for instance) to be moved from one container to another at a specific rate (X items/minute). Ideally also allow them to activate when the target container has less than Y of the item in it, or rather, a "maintain Y items in target container" type deal. Single input, single output. Use case: I often end up with multiple (10+) container controllers full of promethium pellets, since they're ingredients in various recipes, it'd be nice to be able to draw them from one central container, distribute them to various other containers that are then used by constructors to craft respective items. Similarly it would allow for small constructors to be used to create intermediate products that are then distributed and used by larger constructors to build the end product. This is often much faster and more efficient than having the constructor build everything from scratch. 4: change to gravity generator: allow for a preview of the area of effect to ensure efficient placement on large builds and avoid the "oh I stepped off a half block and just broke my legs" kind of hilarity. 5: change to wireless transmitter: allow for a preview of the area of effect so it's easy to see why you can't reach anything when you're in that obscure corner of your base.
There are a lot of shapes and sometimes it's hard to find the shape that you know exists and would be just perfect. So, a tab on the shapes menu that does the following: Shows shapes that are appropriate for the empty spot you're currently pointing at or maybe for the last place you placed a block (even if you just did the ghost image without clicking to place). "Appropriate" shapes would be those shapes that work well with the blocks surrounding the target space. An algorithm could look at matching up empty vs full portions of the adjacent blocks. Edit: I do remember when we didn't have ctrl-right-click to copy/paste shapes. Glad we at least have that. I'd still like the auto match of appropriate shapes though.
Or a mobile destructor that works awfully slow and maybe has builtin a tiny number of storage slots with low volume. Even with restrictions, it might be too overpowered though?
