singleplayer / survival severity: annoying repro: go fight some mobs near water, when they start to run underwater try to shoot them. Nothing happens. Of course if u go after them they can still attack you, but u can't attack back in any way. I can accept that i can't attack underwater, but that is really frustrating when u cant fire stuff from the shore.
