Fixed Chapter 2 'Tales of the Past' Not Activating with Talon Rep

I've started a fresh multiplayer server and when we finished chapter 1, we do not get the dialog for starting chapter 2 Tales of the Past.
Verified the following:
Chapter 1 complete drones destroyed.
Talon Rep is above 12001
Found the Talon Chief
Chapter 2, Tales of the Past Mission is greyed out and states must have rep of Neutral to activate.

Replicated this with new server and created a Player Faction - no change
Replicated this with single player - no change.

All missions for Talon are greyed out that require Neutral Rep.
Even used console commands to manipulate rep with no result.

 

The sub description title of "Tales from the past" differs from english to german for example.

In the english client version it says : A reputation of neutral is needed
in the german client version it says : Mission benötigt zur Aktivierung eine mindest - Reputation von Neutral - This has a different meaning if translated correctly - The Mission requires at least the reputation of neutral.

So what is now correct, minimum required reputation or the exact level of this reputation

Everything above neutral prevents the mission from being activated. Had several such reports from my server.

 

I have this issue when making a dedicated server through Nitrado, is there anything I can do to fix it?

 

My friend ran into the same problem. I've completed the mission solo before he joined me. When he tried to do the missions, he was unable to do so because we're friendly with Talons. Not neutral with them. From what I can tell, it looks like the mission is set to trigger if and only if we are neutral with them. In my opinion it should be "minimum of neutral", not "neutral with the faction" because if we are above neutral, the mission won't work.

 

I was able to start the mission with a consol command but once getting to the next chapter the distillery never even spawned in space. Hope the dev team is aware of all of the issues with the story so that next update I can play through it =]
