rofl right… It is all civil, and 99.9% only cargo ships. And i'm talking about the high-sea variants. I mean, it is called 'Merchant Marine' for a reason. https://dict.leo.org/englisch-deutsch/merchant Again, coming from a non-sea-FORCE-country, i have no idea about ship classes. Anyway, point is, as @Slipstream already said: It would be nice to have a 'unified list' of ship classes with defintions applicable to Empyrion. And it should be done by someone with expertise, not only some knowledge about both the topics. An UK/US/GER/FR/ES/CN/RUS (no specific order) naval 'engine specialist', master seargant or any higher (officers) rank with at least 1000 hrs in Empyrion comes first on the wishlist. Back to Topic, is the TITAN challenge still on?
You are aware that modern terminolgy for Naval Units has changed by their role in War-at Sea from that of their ancestors? As Hummel comes from Germany and Germany, like many other navies, have as main stay today Frigates and Destroyers in their fleet, bigger ship types are rarely in order. Today Ship types are defined by their role they have to fulfill. As the most versatile ship typ counts the Destroyer and the "smaller" Frigate. Cruisers are a rare sight today, I believe only the Missile Cruisers of Russia can be termed as such. Battleships, the died out Behemoths, well, their role was taken over by the Carriers. Btw.. what was those tiny little, white, arrow head shaped ships called in SW? Ah, Star Destroyers! Those were the Main Fighting ships of the Imperial Navy. I will try to put together the list you want @Sephrajin
