Hey folks. I have just set up a new multiplayer dedicated server for me and my friends. I am in the UK and their connections range from Portugal to next door. Everyone who connects to my server has zero lag except me. I am playing on the machine that's also hosting the server. This machine is a simulation PC and is built to calculate complex physics computations. It has 128 GB ram, 32 core threadripper CPU, M.2 SSD and an RTX Quadro 4000 graphics card. Previously I hosted a server on my personal computer, an older i7 with a GTX 1080 which had no lag. My internet connection is 100 Mb/s. What's puzzling is that I have previously been able to host and play with no lag on a lesser machine, but now I'm struggling with this monster PC. Anyone got any experience with this? Any ideas what could be causing it? Thanks in advance!
