You've got the timed explosive charges which are very handy. But as buildings collapse in a satisfying way, wouldn't it be nice to have a triggered version of the explosive charge that you can set up to explode all at once to do a controlled demolition of structures? Place them all around a structure's base and set them off to watch the building collapse.
