Hey i have another question for you guys . i have a running dedicated server And i want to add another planet no space for instance purpose , is there some were in the Eah to detect the new planet/instance I cant seem to get the Eah to detect the new entry.

 

Well u Always need to have a orbit or the game wont see it

 

So i put it in a orbit all ready but the eah will not detect it, there for i can't warp to it , Any clue why ? or can you not add space and planets after a server is started. I even did a restart of the server serveral times. I did add it to the sectors.yaml via Empyrion playfield generator.

 

did u restart EAH?

Did u remove the sector file from the save game?

need help with something in EAH , is it possible to take and put a motorbike or item into someones invetory ? i thought it was and for the life of me i can not figure it out now . running full version

 

right click on the player and Edit > Edit inventory

 

ok but from there i don't see how to place or put an item into invetory im missing somethign here

 

Make sure u do it on the Master Tool.
If u do it on slave it only works when the player is online

ok one issue im having is this when i put it into master it will not connect no more , i put it back in slave and restart the program and it connects to server . Im fine with them have to be on to get stuff given but i do have a few questions if you don't mind .
1-why does it do that when i goto master setting ( using GTXgaming )
2-is the a way to set up something so i can have people recieve something daily like a daily item for logging in
3-i can not get chat bot to work either im assuming its because im in slave mode ?

I guess u use a hoster and have no RDP access?

I need to know what kind of server u have.

A Dedicated server with RDP access
Or a Host with just a controll pannel

 

ok one question when i goto the chatbot option to make my commands i see in the top left
command info answer and at the bottom yellow bar and then ok in bottom right where do i click to put custom chat commands in ?

Then dont put the tool on Master... U cant run master on your home pc. Leave it on slave.
Chat bot. There is an option in the slave tool to edit the master setting. Go to there and then
u can put chatbot on.

 

you talking the last tab Master/Slave under config ? I did that but i still can't edit or create new chat commands , i the command info and answer and at bottom yellow with ok in bottom right . do i have to restart my server to take affect of the new settings ?

 

Oh might just be a bug that u cant.

ok now i got it to work but how do i get the message of the day to stop going in game like every minute
