Description: Engines keep roaring even once vessel landed and once they no longer consume power, tried turning ambient volume down and it didn't help. The only way to stop this specific sound appears to be by turning engines off. Steps to Reproduce: 1)Build a cv 2)Fly a bit 3)Land 4)Stay near engines Expected: For engines not to roar that loudly when doing no work. Other notes: Engines and turrets can be too loud, I could not hear voice chat over the sound of HV's multi-tool turret nor over engine's sound. I tried reducing ambient sound and reduced general volume down by half the slider, but neither appeared to have an effect on engines (did not try reducing volume to zero since I need to hear hits and shooting, but likely a bug as well, will try that next time).
