(Man, that oasis is boiling hot! And it has the sound of breaking waves on the mountains. Very interesting.) Looks very cool! Especially the two three vegetation layers you managed to get into the oasis... - Mind if I take this playfield for an xml terrain showcase? (Not sure, if my half-finished thing will become an ice ball or a desert, though...)
This hits all my soft spots. Reminds me of that huge sandbox-like landscape next to a pine forest when they cleared the way for the Autobahn close to my home town. I missed the underbrush / mid vegetation layer in a lot of playfields. And this single biome has a so much stuff, it really feels like some ecosystem... @The Tactician[ Λ ] : We can change that! - Just ask in this subforum! - Alternatively, you could tell me what a terrain you would like to see. Then I can try to make something like it one way or another. (I'm not so good at playfields.)
Only took one pic so thanks Needleship. Was just for a server admin but anyone can use it anyway they like. Didn't realise planets on there own were so wanted ! Maybe I will take some pics and post a crap load of em, I literally have dozens of custom hand made planets.
