The 4 starter planets are pve, you will/can travel thru a one-way wormhole to the pvp portion of the system. The server is password protected to protect the server and to allow some control over who enters. Normally we avoid pw's but due to multiple hackers thru our multiple playthroughs of the game its what we feel is necessary to protect the server.
