Summary: Galaxyconfig.ecf setting HideFromMap: true still shows stars on the territory view

Description: When a star type has HideFromMap: true, it will be hidden from the galaxy map if territory view is disabled. Enabling territory view will show a gray dot where the star is.
Expected behavior is that the star will be hidden regardless, only showing up on the in-game star background in space but not on the map.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Start a new default survival game.
    2) Edit the Galaxyconfig.ecf file for that save game and add HideFromMap: true to some star types.
    3) Use the galaxy console command to reload the galaxy map and swap between normal and territory view. You will be able to see the hidden star types in territory view.
