Hello, With the game closed/shut down try going in to the save game folder & deleting or moving to another location the file called "dedicated.yaml" then try to load in to the save again in co-op mode. When prompted for a password just press enter (for co-op you don't really need a password only players on your steam friends list can see the server if they are playing EGS also)
That fixed it, thanks! EDIT: Upon comparing the files, I noticed that the savegame path is located on another drive. Clearly this is my fault for moving the game location with Steam. However, I would appreciate it if a warning was displayed (stating there is no savegame at the path) as the server still showed up as usual.
