All of these are pretty close together. Not sure if that is everything but I think that is

 

Acording to the tool they are there but not in the Trading Station. Use the registery to track them down

 

you have put them in atlon ! i cant go back in atlon lol, any ways to put them back at galactic trading station ?

I teleport you to the ship if its there then u get there. The API is messed up. THe tool us useing the API. More i cant really do
