any problem on UE offical server?

I was raiding a zirax base on alston...when i realise the turret was not shoting i get down of mine hover and have a look around and also the inside turret was offline. So i get back to my hover and i was vanish. I log out...and now i can not log in again...
I`m stuck on loading terrain all the time.

My account name is ronewird.

 

Hello last day i start playing on EU official on Korro planet ... when i finish my game i put all to portable constructor and i log off near to it . Today i log and my portable contructor disapair with all i have .... so i have only armour on me .... why its disapair ?

Every Wednesday morning there is a ground / desposit reset. This removes ANY ground devices. You should have picked it up on time

Me and my friend started playing on the official server yesterday. Today we can no longer log in, the game freezes on the loading screen right after "loading terrain".

 

What Server? We have 4 bit hard to guess

Solar problem ... So i make in experimental alpha 12 a base with solars , now i spawn this base on EU official , and i dont have any solar energy in battery. So i go to creative mode to check and the same nothing Then i start fresh base, put core of base and some blocks put wireless conection battery and solars to check .... and nothing zero energy storage Any idea ?

 

turn base power ON

make sure to have battery banks,

make sure the solar panel are in front of the suns .

Description:
Teleport from base to CV; game froze on loading new play-field. Restarted game, stuck on loading screen.
Internal Error pops up; console report Playfield not found (see attached)


Repaired game files: no fix
Able to login to EU server
Other play-fields on US are not found in that folder
Re-logged attempts: 8, same results.
