    Summary: Hover Engines Do Not Consume Power

    Description: placing / removing / turning on/ off ,Hover Engines do not change power consumption.

    Steps to Reproduce: place 1 hover engine in a HV, then place 10 or so more and watch the power consumption.

    Might be a bug but might be intended too. Think of a Permanent magnet. It does not need power to provide the "push-away" effect.

    i dont mind the 5 pu per engine at all, but no power... c'mon.

    As far i know, magnets with a"powerfull" effect need power feeded to them, like Magnets they use in scrapyards and other places.
