How can I remove Spawner plates

Hi guys,
I've taken control of a POI (Abandoned Outpost) and I'm in the process of rebuilding it to my liking as a base.
However, when trying to place a rail I found that there seems to be an invisible 'NPC Spawner Plate' (for the bad guys to jump out and say boo)
How can I remove it... well them really because there's five

 

Try explosives? A backup plan is to kill its si.

 

If structural integrity is active, you may try removing all supporting blocks from under the plates... ?

Thanks guys, fully cleaned.

Surrounded with Concrete and removed with Explosives... very little repair work.

 

The easiest way to do it without having to waste explosives or repair damage is once you place your core, go into the devices menu and select the spawn plates to show on hud. Then all you have to do is use your multi-tool on retrieve block and retrieve the blocks below and above the thin spawner plate, then just replace the blocks you retrieved.

POI designers love to place the spawn plates on ceilings, etc.
