Mode: (survival) Mode: (Singleplayer) SEED-ID: (Not seed dependent) If applicable: MODIFIED PLAYFIELDS: (NO) Reproducibility: (Always) Severity: (Minor) Type: (Volume ) Summary: (Destroyed blocks have no volume listed and don't add any volume when in inventory) Description: The "Steel Blocks L - Destroyed", "Steel Blocks S - Destroyed", and "Concrete Blocks - Destroyed" blocks are missing the volume attribute from them. Even though they cannot be made by the player, they can be harvested from destroyed poi's that has been dismantled (even more so if the player puts a core in it making it his and/or her's. Also, I think I have seen one of the destroyed blocks appear in a poi loot container but I could have been sleeping for that one. Steps to Reproduce: enable itemmenu then add destroyed blocks to inventory. Screenshots:

What purpose one would use such a device for is beyond me but it is a possibility if the portal poi's are currently in the game. Steps to Reproduce: enable itemmenu then add portal blocks to inventory. Screenshots:
Thanks. From now on please make a list in this thread instead of separate threads for devices that you find are missing volume. Thread title changed.
I wasn't sure about how you wanted me to do it so I decided to play it safe and separate them out into different posts by group. but as you asked here I go: Obtainable in Survival with no volume: Sprouts (ALL) Obtainable only thru Creative menu (to my knowledge) Also not sure if these were intended to have volume, but the debug tools and a few others have volume sooo.... Alien Blocks (Note: all contents list individual volumes) Explosive blocks (ALL) Player Spawner (ALL) Teleporter Harvestable versions of Sprouts. Filler Blocks
Blocks that are not available for players in normal game do not have volume (intentional) Same goes for Sprouts (maybe i ll change that) and Moneycards The chainsaw should have mass/volume > good catch.
I didn't list money cards and crew because I saw that they had a volume of 0.00 on their tooltip, and with the way money cards currently work, it makes sense for them to be volumeless. As far as the portal goes I am not sure if the intended mechanic is for players in survival to be able to take a multitool to it and have it drop the portal since the teleporter drops steel blocks instead when reclaimed. Also, I am not sure if there are any active POI's that use them anymore anyway. The Alien Blocks also just confused me since as I said earlier they are the only block set I know of, off the top of my head that has different mass/volume listed for the sub-blocks from one another yet has no volume itself. Also for at least a few of the blocks that I posted about they have mass listed but are base blocks which to my knowledge doesn't matter at this time. And yes I did go icon by icon in the creative menu looking for these. Now onwards to break more stuffs!
