I have taken damage flying low in an SV. I've even died 20 meters above the ground just being inside the cabin. Now ... this SV had a jump unit. By removing it I have no longer received damage during low altitude flights. I don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but it doesn't happen anymore. He recibido daño volando bajo en un SV. Hasta he muerto a 20 metros del suelo simplemente estando dentro de la cabina. Ahora... este SV tenía una unidad de salto. AL quitarla ya no he recibido daño durante vuelos a baja altura. No se si fué casualidad o no.

Build: 3366 Mode: Survival Mode: Singleplayer SERVER NAME: N/A SEED-ID: 483587 Reproducibility: Always Severity: Minor, Major Type: Solo Missions/Personal Damage Summary: Starting Solo Mission while inside SV cockpit, causes trauma damage to player Description: Wanting to get Poloris rep from friendly to honored, I took on a couple of solo missions, from top down. After clicking the first and clicking "Let's go", my character reacted as if having fallen. Second and Third Polaris solo missions initially caused broken bones which required treatment. This will continue as long as you are in the cockpit. Getting out will stop the cycle. Steps to Reproduce: While in the cockpit, only tested from SV, activate a solo mission, only test Polaris missions, hit the "Let's Go" button after the briefing. This is a brand new game from scratch as of 3366 release.

Description: It can happen during a first load going into a cockpit... a first load in my opinion occurs in the ways others have stated it, but also during transition from space to planet as well. Steps to Reproduce: Has been described various times during the thread. The fact it continues after the latest update in 3366 shows it has not been properly addressed yet and is a major concern. On a side note because the nature of the amount damage is still the "same as explosion damage on cockpits" that are intact but the player inside isn't... shows a correlation of a bug in code that has gotten worse and not better since that bug has still not been addressed. It is my opinion with good contention that this bug spilled over and grew into this new bug that is affecting all players now. Oddly I would like people to also confirm my suspicions that this only occurs in "closed cockpits" due to the O2 environment it offers versus open cockpits that still seem fine and unaffected by this bug. WHAT REALLY MAKES THIS BUG WORSE IS THE DAMAGE TO A PLAYER'S SUIT... In addition to the loss of time to recover items and an unnecessary death count added to the player (why do we even have a death counter??? Separate opinion but that's one of the things that hurts this game and demoralizes players is having them see the amount of times they die), the HEAVY damage sustained by this bug to sometimes hard to acquire medium or heavy armor can make these suits useless quickly... unnecessarily. This is why I am placing the severity of the overall bug as "Ultra-high and close to game breaking" because of all the effects it has on the player's experience... I feel because it IS. Is it what you call a open cockpit (since it has no pressurized glass and is subject to climate effects), or do you talk about the chair block/pilot console you put inside a CV or a SV ?
This happens when i seem to use the Med engines in my SV doesn't matter what cockpit i use. and i'm in clear area no trees or anything just clear space all around me sometimes happens when i try to land to. reloading the save seems to clear it up for a while but extremely annoying.
You should 1) verify your steam files, make sure the problem isn't on your end. 2) If no files failed to validate (or the problem persists even after downloading new files), then post it as a new bug report in the experimental branch forums, ideally with a copy of your save file...
