Large CV Thruster - Inconsistent CPU Stats?

    Summary: Large CV Thruster has inconsistent CPU values listed.

    Description: When building a blueprint for a CV in Creative Mode, the Large CV Thruster is listed in the menu as having 69644 CPU. The same is true in the constructor menu, the device menu, and the unlock menu. This leads you to think that 69644 is the correct value.

    However, when spawning into the game, the CV takes up considerably more CPU than it's supposed to. In Survival Mode, the constructor tells you it takes 69644 CPU, and the unlock menu tells you the same thing. BUT - On the CV's device menu, any Large CV Thrusters that have been added say they take up 133400 CPU, which is what the ship's CPU stats confirm.

    This results in using these parts being deceptive in what they actually take up, which means you could have a blueprint that now exceeds the CPU tier the CV has.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Enter Creative Mode.
    2) Build a CV and add a Large CV Thruster to it.
    3) Save the blueprint.
    4) Spawn the blueprint into Survival Mode and note the CPU stats are now different.

    This has been tested on a freshly started Creative Mode session as well as a freshly started Survival session with the same blueprint used in each.

    The easiest fix is probably just to make sure the various menus all reflect it taking 133400 since that seems like it's the more appropriate intended value.
