Summary: The open cockpit seats and some closed cockpit variants can glitch the third person camera to be too low if they are placed low enough on an HV frame

    Description:
Compact HV designs like the tutorial Frame A have an open seat at the bottom-most level of the HV structure. When you switch to third person view and have the hover height below about 0.8m the camera will glitch to be straight behind the HV instead of above it. In this state you cannot use PGUP/PGDN to set the height of the camera.

At certain heights, while the camera may be above the HV correctly when you move you can see the camera glitch down to the lower position, creating a flickering effect as you drive.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Load a creative save (White Canvas is a good test area)
    2. Load the attached "HV Test Frame", and if desired the HV Frame A / ZeroG Specter
    3. Pilot the test frame with the stock cockpit 4 at low hover heights, in third person. The camera acts reasonably.
    4. Replace the cockpit with the shorter cockpit 5 variant and repeat. At times as you move around in third person at hover heights <0.5m you will start to notice flickering of the view
    5. Replace the cockpit with cockpit 2 (open). At a hover-height of 0.5m the third-person camera will be locked behind the HV. As you move, the camera will flicker quite a bit.
    6. (Optional) Drive the HV Frame A / ZeroG Specter in third person at a low hover height. This is the experience everyone sees when they use the test frame.
Other cockpit variants may be affected by this.

Note: Also, at the end of the video I clipped another HV and broke off a block. Why is collision damage sometimes activating on creative saves?
