Took the Mk2 version down and replaced it with the Mk 4 version, total interior re-fit, power balance for survival and grav gen that spawns in from factory in survival.

    EDIT UPDATE.

Mk4 version is the latest version where interior was completely gutted and re-done and flies much better, lands on planets and takes of etc.

Amazing build , much better than the first one you posted.
So do you do requests ?
    lol

Do try your eye with a star gate Atlantis build, there is a good one on the workshop for impyrion now, incomplete but nice, and I have seen your Atlantis builds in se and they were freeking amazing so please do another Atlantis for this game, I recon it would go strate to the top of workshop !

    Cheers mate.
Atlantis will have to wait for the creative grid size increase first, like B5 is waiting for also.
Yes the other Atlantis I notice is right up there on workshop.

Well done overall, but I have a few questions on the design choices, if I may.
I noticed a TON of O2 dispensers, as well as a cargo bay that seemed packed full of landing gear?
I also noticed 3 cockpits when I spawned it in survival, was this intentional? Upon reflection, I could see it being done for redundancy. (I just lost a y-wing on the moon to that problem).
Finally, the one I built does not turn ANYTHING like the one in the videos. It is a pure brick, VERY difficult to even lift off the ground with spacebar, let alone yaw with a mouse. Any ideas how to improve this? I went around removing some excess fridges, the 2 tons (!) of landing gear, etc. But I haven't tried my hand at any of the thrusters, etc.

I want to express my appreciation for your work here, I am going through and building all the star wars designs (come to Devil's Cartel Server to see a growing collection!). I have a final request, do you think you could make a Slave 1 (Firespray) that flies upright? I have a few Ideas, but am also a bit stuck on a few points, especially with getting it to turn. I would prefer to get a rough design first, but I don't grasp the RCS/thruster formulae to keep it from turning like a brick.

    Hi Bob,
Make sure you download the MK4 version the Mk2 version had a few issues, the Mk 4 had the interior completely gutted and re-built, there were 2 intentional cockpits one hidden at the back the standard falcon pilot seat and the one in the hanger bay was just for building it, I left it there so people could get in a fly super fast but its not supposed to be there really.
Cargo bay with landing gear was just for show, a falcon carries a lot of spare parts for itself or smuggling.

As for RCS blocks, there not a perfect representation of how physic's should work in a gyro, an RCS is a gyro.
So for the moment the best placement is to treat them like your gravity gen, where it has a range of about 50 to 80m round, anything outside that range will not be effected by the RCS block so spread them out in groups of 6 for a CV and it should turn real good.

Same applies for SV's if you make them huge or HV's.

As for Star Wars builds, I would have to say the most dedicated star wars builder here would be Arturius1967 , he has the most outstanding collection of Star Wars workshop, far exceeding my collection and his work is absolutely second to none, worth a good look.
Heres a link for you to his workshop.

Is the latest version the one labeled as Millenium-Falcon-5.3?
You reference a "mk 4" here and in that description. I am unsure if the 5.3 refers to the pre-alpha version of the game or your own version iterations on your build. I am just trying to ensure I have the latest version.
I have a version with an "exterior" mounted cockpit and one with the cockpit mounted internally behind blocks and glass. (Unless I'm getting confused with the outriders...)

The latest version is the one marked Mk4.

The Mk4 is the one that was totally gutted and interior re-built and flies much better.

Any exterior cockpit is a leftover from building and testing, the Mk4 has one in the hanger bay so people can get in fast and fly, I figured people would just remove it if they wanted it gone.
