Just out of curiosity, you can mine carbon deposits in the ground like other things in the ground (what most gamers would generically call "resources" or "mats").. Isn't there a fundamental difference from wood? Wood A) does not exist in the ground as a deposit, B) cannot be harvested with the drilling tool, C) does not show up on detectors. That's in stark contrast to Carbon which has the same properties as ores (logistically: Carbon acts like ores -> in ground, uses drill tool, shows on detectors). I think many people are going to continue to think this is just a bug or oversight if they don't get a token, IMHO.
I was actually going to report this for that same reason. It looks and behaves like every other surface rock with an underground deposit equivalent so it makes no sense for it to not give a token.
Carbon is considered T0 resource (same as wood) so it does not give a Token = intentionally. but rocks do lmao
