should probably be a separate bug report, but i have been doing many fresh starts now encountering various issues with the base build tutorial. In some occasion placing a wood frame does trigger next step, but the next part does not show on PDA, the Blocks and Devices. So unless you have amazing memory as to what blocks you need to build and equip, the tutorial breaks here too
