I personally am getting excited about this release coming. Hummel-o-War you told me when i tried to do a meet the devs you were working on something so were is it?
I will bet there devs are not so open once the money starts rolling in and they get tied down in code work ! There open right now because there promoting there game. They desperately need funding , so if you like the game get a copy now while its cheap, maybe we will see two great games in this genre, they have made there video look very prerdy for the display but how the game really plays we just have to wait n see. I know this game should wake Eleon up to the fact people really want Wheels in Empyrion.
There spoke person has said the 3 main people made enough money to all retire off there others games but decided to keep working and build Planet Nomads. The money raised from kickstarter went into hiring PROS to come in build Bios and weather features. They are already PROS in online program gaming with there other releases. They are very open with there future roadmap aswell.
There is no force on earth that could make me kickstart another game. In fact I wish I could make steam stop showing me early access games entirely. They either suck. Or they develop so slowly that I'm burned out on it before it's even close to finished. Either way buying unfinished games is a losing proposition.
They is a way to stop steam showing you early access games in shop: Go to the Steam shop site, then hover your mouse pointer over the picture (where the suggested games apear). A "Customize" button will apear. Click on it and disable early games from showing. You also can disable not wanted genres to show up.
Annoyingly, i get my key on the 25th. And that's when the huge new Eden Star update comes out. And the Huge new Terratech update comes out. And when i will be away raising funds at the hospital Too much, all at once.
Yes. Different focus though. Amazing graphics, fast and smooth gameplay. They release very good, bug-free updates. But they also move slowly. Basebuilding, survival, combat, parkour, many upgrades, and eventually customizable vehicles. Also, character classes, and terraforming. But, no deformable terrain, and no block-by-block vehicle construction. Oh, and we're saving the world. again.
I have looked at it a few times. Kinda looked a bit Horrorish with some of the wildlife. A bug free update wow. I almost forgot about those. I many check it out again. Thanks for the info.
The biggest complaint about Eden is that after 2 to 4 hours there isnt anything left to do, no goals or things to go after, the game needs ALOT of development before its ready and with such a small dev team it will probably be 2 years before any real progress is made and by then most of us will be looking at the next ''latest and greatest'' game.
This is true. Kinda telling though, that the biggest complaint about the game, is that people want more of it. As to the dev team, they have 12 members. Smaller than Blizzard, larger than Eleon. About the Same size as Craneballs.
