    Type: Build menu

    Summary: Player keeps moving when block menu is open.

    Description: When opening block menu while moving player keeps moving while block menu is open and only happens with GM turned on.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    1) Start Creative game & turn on GM
    2) Hold W key and press H
