Please make some item descriptions scrollable

With some item descriptions that have big amount of info, the text gets smaller in order to fit everything in the UI window, but I cannot read it without a magnifying glass, I'm not joking. It should not be too difficult to make such texts scrollable instead of reducing the font.

Example of it: Heavy armor suit description at a trader. There are many more such instances.

 

A wider tooltip box would be nicer too. That's a lot of text to stuff into such a skinny box.
