Question About Admin Cores

    I have yet to see a game where they mix beginners and veterans in the same areas and it doesn't turn into chaos.

    The way you describe this makes me think that an admin core only forces the beginners into a narrow route where he will have more chances of meeting the veteran anyway, whereas some more open approach (destructible sections) would prevent that.

    Well that's a true problem even in AAA titles : they tend to use a handful of recipes that only last for the first playthrough, after which players have learned the tricks and find it boring, so they start the new game and crank up the difficulty level.

    Because there is no way to conceal the player (no stealth mechanic) things already look a bit rough, players have to use a very basic frontal attack everywhere. This is not for everyone, and it becomes repetitive fast. POIs can be learned by heart after doing them a few times, like any dungeon in other games, so there's not much more to expect from this system.
