Well most of the replacements were HVs, but I do have some SVs now as well. Maybe 4 or 5 for the fight.

Maybe we should hold off longer then? Doesn't sound like Red is ready for either, and I don't know our SV status, other then we have longswords.

IMO, we should set a new fight night time and move to there.

Nothing regular yet, still a fairly new server.

 

Now might be a good time to start your Mining & establish yourself.

 

It also depends on what timezone you are on.

Me and another player are on GMT+1 (north european time) - so I'll be ingame in about 9-9½ hour
but most players are from the US I think, but yeah it's a fairly new server that's building up the player base.

 

Tuesday was not doable on my end. I might make the next round if I can get the time.

Hey everyone! Just to let you know, we will be wiping/resetting the Ningues playfield to rework mineral availability for the Blue Team! If you are Blue, be sure to BP your stuff within the next 48 hours, and to move any assets you wish to retain out of the system. Temporary parking can be had in neutral trader space.

It should be, I think we will be only redoing the planet.

 

Ok I just died from a critter bite and I had 3 full stacks of every ore except magnesium I had 2 stacks and my backback didnt drop with my character when I died.

To be honest I dont really feel like doing another lap of Omicron to collect all of that again.

I dont know if you have the server set to not drop backpacks, but when I suicided twice to test it, it didnt drop a backpack either time.

So now I dont even have a drill or anything basically.

What can be done about this if anything ?

 

THIS SUCKS! normally the backpack drops. this gotta be a bug of some sorts (seen stuff fall through the planet from time to time)

IF Brokenshakles can't respawn your backpack, which I believe he can't. I'll gladly help you by supplying you with basic stuff and some ores.

I had a similar problem about a week ago Piddle. My backpack did show up but only for about 5 seconds and I couldn't get to it fast enough. I ended up just respawning in a new escape pod to get a new drill. If you need some starting materials I'd be happy to give you some as well.

Ok everyone! The Ningues playfield has been reset, and new minerals are available, as well as a new set of POI's! If you are Blue, come and get them!

 

What about backpacks ? Why do they disappear in every play field.
How can anyone fight anything with the risk of loosing everything everytime ?

When I test this on my server the backpack drops everytime, what am I missing ?

 

I've flown around Omicron and found abandoned backpacks in the past, so some of them do appear. Not sure if there's any logic to it, though.

And as far as PvP goes, in the past we've had off-limits CVs with boxes to store vital gear in. Personally I usually take some stuff with me (fuel packs, ammo, infantry weapons, drills and charges, etc), but leave the important stuff somewhere safe.
