I occasionally host servers for my gaming friends using server hosting mods that update the game periodically. Problem is, these tools also verify the game cache, meaning that I can't easily modify the game files to manually set Solar Panel efficiency to something that makes Solar actually function. Would like to see a server setting in the config files that allows a server admin to set a multiplier to the stock efficiency.
