Summary: `So I don't know when it happened, but sometime yesterday the volume/mass option turned itself off despite me having it on in the servers game options, I know I fucked with the right file because in the middle of that day I went to the file and disabled the turretcheckunderground option so I can have turrets inside the hanger of my cliffside base. I noticed the Voume/Mass being disabled when I was refilling my Cap Vess fuel, air and Pentaxid at a trade center. I was able to click the refill Pentaxid multiple times, and when I checked it was overflowing. Didn't think much of it until I got back to my main base; I saw that crafting that normally wouldn't have been able to finish (refining raw pentaxid into refined pentaxid into a cargo box that I store it in and Cap Ves Rockets that finished building and overflowed the Cap Ves Ammo box) was overflowing also. When I turned that off the turrets were able to work. I don't know if doing that is what made the CPU,Volume/mass options disable despite me never touching them and them still saying true inside the game option files I uploaded. I even tried changing the turret **** back just incase and it didn't fix the issue. I only noticed the CPU feature disabled today when I was building a mining cap vessel, I checked my CPU usage and it said off. I'm assuming it happened in conjunction with the Volume/Mass being disabled.

Your GameOptions.yaml file is broken. You can see the errors in the log files
Due to this it will result to hardcoded default settings

    not a bug
