Summary: Set/Reset does not reset as long as 'set' is on

Description: In a simple SR Latch one would expect the output to be 0 (off) as soon is it receives the 'reset' signal, regardless if the 'set' signal is 1 or 0. It seems that the output does not get updated until the 'set' is 0 but functions exactly as expected if 'set' is 0 when 'reset' becomes 1. As far as I can tell your SR latch is not consistent with any standard type of SR latch.

    Steps to Reproduce:
1)The 'set' lever has a 'S' under it and the 'reset' has a 'R'. I have corresponding lights for the two switches and a 'Q' light to monitor the output of the SR latch.
2)Flip the 'S' switch and the note that lights 'S' and 'Q' turn on.
3)WITHOUT turning off 'S': turn on the 'R' switch. Note that 'Q' is still on.
4)Turn off 'S' and note that lights 'S' and 'Q' are now off.

I would upload a blueprint but is seems that I can no longer attach files in bug reports. This makes it REALLY hard to give you exact use cases. Please restore the ability to upload zip files in this section!
