So the build requirements are very low.

It's just a little camping tent for beginners to place their survival constructor under something safe. It's made of steel blocks and takes level 3 to spawn. This grew out of my work on a Talon NPC POI. (SV in pictures is " KSV-33 Seraphim By Kieve " Welcome to Cairo. Small open 2nd floor loft comes with all of your basic amenities that you would expect to find in a home. The 1st floor comes with a conservatory, med bay, and small workshop with an ATM for those little projects you may have.
