Just uploaded the Glaive troop transport. Drop 16 people. And unleash them -very fast. Do you like it? http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=802833762
Just to take a break from messing with the CV I thought I'd update another of my old favourites: Yep, that's a lot of weapons... but hey as an American friend of mine likes to say: "If force doesn't work, you're not using enough force." Steam Workshop link: Click Here!
I've created an escape pod for my battlecarrier PIF-813 Deimos, a ship that some of you may have seen in the asymmetrical ship design thread. If not, it's not too late! It was suggested that I remove the weaponry that I had on this ship, and I dutifully agreed, as not everything needs to be covered in guns... right? To be fair, I did leave a single rocket launcher on the front, as I still feel that it makes sense to have some sort of way to clear a safe landing, assuming you successfully escape. That, and... GUNS. Let me know what ya'll think?
Decided to update another older design to Alpha 4, so I picked another Lightspeed one since I've only updated one of those so far: Made use of a few of the new block shapes to make the nose more how I originally wanted and even out the tail slightly, those new shapes are going to be fuuuuuuuuuuuuun moving forward Steam Workshop link: Click Here!
I had subbed to an earlier version of this ship, it was actually featured in an older (and poorly-taken) screenshot from one of my workshop items. Might have to get it back in there, now that you've remodeled it I absolutely loved this ship when I had first tried it out, looking forward to trying the new one!
That's a Fusilier II in your screenshot, the Raider II is its baby brother! It's awesome to see that screenshot though, I think it's the first time I've ever seen a screenie of someone using one of my ships and it put a smile on my face
Whoops, my bad. It looked so familiar, I thought it was the same one. Regardless, they're both awesome ships, and I plan on using the Raider II in some new scenes (I promise you'll actually be able to see it this time!)
First of the shuttles designed to go in conjunction with my upcoming CV: In the "other game" there was this one and a cargo variant, but with how small and efficient cargo containers are in Empyrion it seems a bit pointless to make a cargo shuttle. I'll make the second one a survey/mining/outpost constructor instead Steam Workshop link: Click Here!
http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=807662859&searchtext=sting+ray Here is my first real attempt at making a cool looking SV. I hope you guys like it! It's called the Sting Ray and has the "Moon Patrol" paint job.
So yesterday I built a small vessel, using my recently posted HV as a basis. So, here is the AD&D Fully hardened steel with 4 railguns (my personal favourite). There is also a starter version with gatling guns and a level 5 unlock (only steel blocks though) which can be found here.
High praise indeed, thank you so much Tyrax. I'm only making small vessels as I'm cheap when it comes to building a CV
Banshee from Starcraft II (My first attempt anyway) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=810389516
So, I decided to make a thread that makes it easier to post only my creations. Kind of feel bad spamming up this thread http://empyriononline.com/threads/shipyard-ares-tactical-armaments-ata.8437/
Introducing, Ithil. A ssssuuuuuupppppeeeerrrr super super super fast, tiny, and well armed survival SV. Since some of the thrust changes introduced in versions 4.x I have been very unhappy with the SV acceleration and agility. This is a frustration that is sort of, over-arching, and extends to most of the designs on the workshop and my own designs. Ithil fixes all of that. Nigh instantaneous acceleration forwards, backwards, and both vertical directions up and down. Can turn on a dime, and the 3 rocket launchers will mince most POI weaponry(you will still need to dodge though as Ithils strength is its speed NOT its armor.) Ithil does lack an oxygen station and constructor, but there is room on its frame for both if you really want it. Steam Link: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=813226268 Enjoy! Edit: Perks also include: Ithil is incredibly cheap!
E-1 Hornet Cargo Vessel http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=814759466 I think anyone looking for a small cargo vessel that doesn't take away from capacity may enjoy having this in their collection of ships. This SV is fully loaded. Made of hardened steel to give you some buffer but not overloaded in weight. Well equipped to defend itself in the event you run into something nasty. Comes with - - 70 Cargo boxes - 5 Ammo boxes - 2 Fuel tanks - 2 Oxygen tanks - 1 Oxygen station - 1 Fridge - 3 Pulse Lasers Give it a ride, and if you like it please take a moment to rate. Thanks and have fun playing this awesome game!
Pic Link broke as of the time of this Post. With that said, i'm surprised ya made your Landing Gear coverage so narrow. Can't be easy to plop your Ship down straight & avoid it accidentally flopping over during Landing Attempts..
