Subs and underwater NPC's

One thing that would be great t see in this game are NPC's that have developed underwater. They live and work under the waves. But swim rather than walk.
We could visit them in subs or swim down ourselves to see and trade with them.

 

Ha Ha, don't be holding the breath.
Been asked for a good few times, and definitely one for the wish list, there is actually a thread for these.

 

You don't need to hold your breath if you had a sub.
