Thank you. I guess the old restriction of CVs on planets will come back. I missed that. Lately I play with leaving my CV very close to orbit and jumping down the planet's surface like it is first time I start the game. Only equipment I carry is my weapons and some medkits. I return to the CV after I am done with planet to leave it.
This latest release seems to have fixed an issue where mode:survival settings were deleted on saving the playfield. - Before I even had a chance to report it. Thanks!

Start the game without EAC, Start EPD be with your character at the coord you want to import then press the < sign behind the coord field in EPD I believe it was that
Mostly used in fixed playfields. When you spot a nice place for a POI, dronebase or resource (asteroids in space, or fixed resources on a planet), you can simply transfer the coordinates or rotation into EPD during the creation (or edit) of the object. Easier than to get the coordinates with di and type it into EPDs data fields. But the more important thing about this update is that EPD now can make use of the whole new ModAPI. Before (even when the old API still worked) those two functions where the only ones available in SP games and solely added by the devs for this purpose, now I could basically do everything the API supports from inside EPDs user interface. /jmc
Is this possible to use in dynamic playfields? I have issues where I spawn crashed ships which always appear level, and I want to tilt and rotate them when spawned. There is nothing in EPD as of 1.62.3 to help with this
As far as i know, the possibility to rotate POIs during spawn on planets has been removed from the game, when the new AI came out, because rotated/tilted POIs don't work with the new AI pathfinding. So as far as I know, not possible anymore (at least on planets). Not an EPD issue per se but a game limitation. Same reason you can't rotate a starter block on a planet anymore. /jmc
Disappointing, but makes sense. I also see options to create static defined POIs in the dynamic EPD, can I still do this if I set it up right?
