When you are ready, send in the BP or the Workshop link (UCH as a faction will be appearing in version 1.6 or 1.7 as part of the story missions .. requires some ships and bases . Other than that, would ALSO make a nice station for Colonists
Woops thought I addded the BP in the links my bad. It does have enough room to make it a story POI with very little work.
