Description: When trying to place a block, on ground level, attached to my base on its side close to water the frame becomes red and doesn't let me place any block. While if I raise the block it works. And when trying to place a water generator (and I suppose any device that can be placed on ground, tried with portable heater/cooler with the same result) inside the water, the frame completely disapear directly at the edge of the water. After testing several other building, I believe the issue with blocks might be related to the fact there is the water layer right under the ground.
