Updated the UCH faction NPCs: the faction now uses a dedicated set of NPC types for military and civilians. For builders, use the male and female military and non-military variants for NPC spawns that start with ‘UCH’ (eg. UCHSoldierFemale2AssaultRifle, UCHPilotMaleRed, UCHCivilianMale1 and so on.
