Maybe intended at the Ancient Tower. These spiders could be the very first opponents a new player is facing, when he/she follows the Story Chapters from the beginning. But I also noticed that behavior at the Infected inside the Ancient Tower - they should at least defend themselves!

In game hints like (Press "whatever key" to open door) is really annoying. There is an option in the UI for it but I can't change it or the configs for it. Is there a way to get rid of it? Might be a few edits on this one. Got the old Reforged eden running after RTFM mandatory readying :/ So yes, there is the (press this to open door issue front and center popup "really annoying" oh "press this to pick up something etc") out side that it's been ready good. I'm not falling through the floor on exiting the cockpit, seams stable. It's been really good.
These in-game hints are "hardcoded" but you can simply remove them from the localization.csv file. They use wildcards to apply to a large range of objects thus having the same " Press (0) to open (0) " or " Press (0) to use (0) ". I use Excel to edit the localization file (in Content\Extras), so just search in the 2nd column (for English language, other columns for other languages) for all mentions of " Press " and you can simply remove them. Look at the corresponding key in the first column to make sure you are editing the right ones. Here are some of these that appears for many items and devices : Just remove the whole string in the 2nd column. You can also just replace with a space and it will show nothing. .
This calls for a setting that works as disabling in-game hints for experienced players, or something like it.
Regarding tinting windows: would it be easy/possible to use Shift as a modifier while using the Multitool to tint all connected windows at once?
My personal "must "change" list for developers: 1. Map interface - I would like to have an option to mark a map marker as explored . Such marking should prevent a marker to show both on map and on hud. Scanning would not show such marker but there could be a small pop up icon on a side with an info "x explored object detected". 2. HV - no sand/water particles from under hoover engines when engines are off. This is really annoying. 3. Delay fire control for weapons in msec. After pressing fire button a weapon fires after delay time. Instead of firing 4 gatlings at once we could set delay to 0.25s, 0.50s, 0.75s. This would make firing way more attractive. 4... to be continued...
Hi guy! Hope all's well in your world. I think they were not so much responding directly to you with the bold large text as to make sure EVERYONE got the message. It doesn't apply to me, but when I read it I chuckled and thought "Well now anyone with a custom scenario can't say they didn't see that!" I hear ya, Brother. I looked at many of the changes and said "Oh cr@p, now I have to start a new games??!? {Sigh} " I'll miss my Plasma Blaster ... Back to killing Spiders and Raptors by hand. Oh. Wait. Another question, I have taken out two Zirax Resupply Station's and noticed that both were equipped with dual drone spawning pads. But no drones spawned when I attacked them. Known/normal or do you want a bug report?
