Description: Tracer and beam weapon effects in space from capital vessels do not render if you are further than about 700-800 meters from the firing turret while in coop or on a dedicated server. In single player they still render out to max render range. This affects any ranged turret on a capital vessel that uses a vanilla or custom tracer effect. It also affects weapons that use TracerIsBeam. I did not test fixed weapons or turrets on other structure types or on a planet. This can be a major issue because it means you will get shot at by turrets with invisible tracers. In vanilla this can affect things such as cannon turrets, and in custom scenarios this would affect any long ranged turret that uses a tracer effect (for example the Legacy patrol vessels in Reforged Eden). It also means if you see two ships fighting in the distance you can't tell that they are shooting at each other until you get close, breaking immersion. I am not sure if this is actually a bug or if it's intended to cut down on network traffic for multiplayer so I am reporting it just in case. Steps to Reproduce: Vanilla: 1) Start a new creative coop game. 2) Spawn 2 of the CORE Horizon CV from the prefabs tab. Make sure the cannon turrets of one can fire on the other. 3) Set one to the Alien faction with faction entity Alien xxxx and make sure they both have fuel and ammo. 4) Use gm iv so the guns don't shoot you and use ai on to turn on the AI. 5) Back away from the ships. You will notice the tracers disappear after about 700-800 meters. Reforged Eden: 1) Start a new creative coop game using Reforged Eden. 2) Spawn 2 of the attached blueprint. Make sure the turrets of one has a firing angle on the other. 3) Set one to the Alien faction with faction entity Alien xxxx and make sure they both have fuel and ammo. 4) Use gm iv so the guns don't shoot you and use ai on to turn on the AI. 5) Back away from the ships. You will notice the tracers and beam effects disappear after about 700-800 meters. This is a lot easier to see than in vanilla due to the visuals used.
