What did you do in Empyrion today?

    It catched my eye. Unique shape that I think it could be anything BA, CV or SV. It is a matter of perspective and imagination. I can not judge about the size and I am curious to see how it is designed from the inside. Ah I think I found what it is... A futuristic apartment building....or...the bridge of a space carrier.

    What i find to work is a small lcds on every container and color coded containers for ore.

    Guys, i have a problem.

    I finished the layout of my latest alien-project these last days, and now i wanted to place some npcs in there....
    only to notice that they are walking on the wall and also on the seiling.
    Why do they ignore the gravity, will this be fixed in the future?

    To explain my problem better:
    My alien-project have different segments because i wanted a gate like look.
    That is the only segment which is working.

    But the whole POI looks like this

    The gravity goes inwards from all 4 segments....so the npc on the upper one are okay, on the lower one they walk on the seiling and on the wall on the left and right segment.
    I don't want to redesign the whole interior.....
    but i also don't want to use only these stationary guns in 3 of 4 segments.
    Any suggestions?

    Do you have over lapping gravity fields?
    Are the gravity generators placed correctly and the right side up?

    I have wanted to try gravity in different directions, but have never attempted it because I wasn't sure it would work. However, I have put cockpits facing different directions mostly successfully. I understand if I were to point a cockpit "up" or "down" relative to the default horizontal that there would be problems. Of course, that is what I wanted to do with a cockpit on a future blueprint, but I think I can work around my cockpit dilemna. Not sure how you would work around the variable gravity and NPCs.

    My road map originally had another miner much later in my blueprints. I had even drawn out the concept for it, but never made a prototype blueprint. But after someone complimented my Kiwi mining HV for its cockpit, well, I felt like I should rearrange my plan and move this future miner up quite a bit. So today I threw together a blueprint. The outline I had made on paper didn't work as hoped, but it was a good place to start.

    Here's the Kiwi for comparison:

    It only has the single cockpit and you enter from the rear.

    Today, after some trial and error, I put together a prototype with two cockpits, one at each end. With the side ramps, it might actually be a little wider than the Kiwi, but I tried to keep it about the same size. With a few other upgrades, the prototype costs a bit more too.
