Decided that full blown CC's are needed so I removed one layer of concrete beneath them and extended the CC's so both have now 320k of space available. Final touches applied like the outside arches and the Railings as well as the Roof Tops textured. Some pictures of the finished Base:

Made 3 variations of this hacking POI. The same grid layout but the nodes are in different spots. Here it is mid hack: The directions: Succeeding grants you access to the loot: The loot is unique and will need to be sold to Project Eden researchers. Since there is no "data" commodity items, I'm using holographic consoles as a placeholder for "data" until more trade and storyline items are added to the game. These data caches will net you between 6,000 to 20,000 credits worth of loot.

Decided to continue/enhance the asymmetrical styling of the PROTEUS a bit more. really liking the new bridge. Also added new vertical thruster pods that will allow the ship to actually make it into space. Still need to finish up the interior spaces.... S
Another hacking style POI. This one has 4 sets of 3 switches that need to be set into the correct combinations to unlock the cache. If you don't succeed within 3 minutes, the cache self destructs. I created the blueprint to make it simple to change the combinations, so I can easily make several variations of this POI with different codes. Warning lights flash when you have 1 minute remaining: Directions are on the outside:
A question has occurred: Is it possible to "copy" a Part of a base and "paste" it to a CV? I am asking because it is hard to rebuild the same shape again. A shape which I would very much like to use for a Warship. Any useful tip is welcome. Thanks G.
