When setting a WP(Waypoint) to part of a POI after placing a core, the WP does not go away after removing said item. -Example: You set a M Thruster you want to salvage on a POI and remove it after placing a core, the WP is still there after removing the component.
That is a completely different issue and would need its own report. Re-read the original post, it isn't about POI tags. It is about when you activate a waypoint for a device and then remove that device before removing the waypoint. The only way to clear it out is to restart the game. You are talking about the POI itself failing to load, not a device, which is a completely different issue (and I believe is also a known issue at this point).
